SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER

AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

November 29th-December 2nd, 2018

One of my greatest pleasures of my college career was getting to be Miss Constance Neville in She Stoops to Conquer, directed by Ed Swidey. This not only taught me about language plays and how to play. It was one of the most fun roles I have ever gotten to do.

THE ELEPHANT MAN

AT SPRINGFIELD CONTEMPORARY THEATRE

July 20-22, 26-29, & August 3-5, 2018

I've had the pleasure of working with Springfield Contemporary Theatre in their production of The Elephant Man by Bernard Pomerance, and directed by Nathan Shelton. I have gotten to play three distinctly different characters (Pinhead, Ms. Sandwich, and Princess Alexandra).

Getting to work on a play that is inspired by true events has been quite the exciting and challenging feat. Researching these characters to make sure to properly and honestly display their experiencing has been quite the feat. However, I am proud of growth I have experienced throughout this project.

GIVING VOICE
AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

Spring 2017-Present

Being a warrior with the Giving Voice Troupe at Missouri State University has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my theatre career. Dr. Carol J Maples has studied Augusto Boal's forum style theatre, and has integrated this into our performances. We have helped businesses, students, future teachers and diversity officers in order to help combat oppression, microaggression, and discrimination.

IN SCHOOL PLAYERS
AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

Fall 2016-Spring 2018

The In-School Players is a travelling children's theatre troupe in Springfield, Missouri. Performing original scripts and leading in fun activities, the In-School Players combined community outreach with performance.

Getting to premiere the role of Arial Airship at Worlds of Fun's first Grand Carnivale was a pleasure! Through improv games and guest interactions with kids of all ages, I learned so much!
